The legal window doesn't scale with order size — a housing society's pooled display for two hundred flats sits inside the same clock as a single household's box. Kerala has fixed 8 PM to 10 PM for Deepavali bursting and a separate 11:55 PM to 12:30 AM slot for Christmas and New Year, both restricted to green stock (Times of India). An event organiser booking a bigger display should plan the show around that same fixed slot, not a longer evening window that doesn't exist in Kerala.
