Wholesale Crackers in Gurugram

Bulk orders don't get a separate legal track, and right now that works against a wholesale buyer rather than for one. Everything sourced for a Gurugram address would still have to be green-cracker stock under the Supreme Court's national order, and the Supreme Court's most recent NCR-specific direction on top of that limits firecracker sale to licensed offline traders at designated locations, ruling out e-commerce platforms and any consignment brought into the NCR from outside the region. Gurugram's district administration layers its own order further, having alternated between a complete ban on sale, storage, manufacture, transport and use and a green-crackers-only relaxation in recent seasons.

Two national orders set the floor here. Supreme Court, 23 Oct 2018 (WP(C) 728/2015): permitted manufacture/sale of green crackers, banned barium-salt and joined crackers, limited Diwali bursting to a ~2-hour window (commonly 8–10 PM). Check both layers fresh for 2026: the district notification for the local sale and use position, and the NCR Supreme Court order for whether licensed offline sale is running near you. A large order does not get an exception to either restriction.

Wholesale buyers elsewhere work in box quantities rather than single packs. A resident welfare association ordering for a shared Diwali courtyard event would typically need multiples of the same gift box or family pack, while a corporate office ordering staff gifts would lean toward a uniform gift-box selection sized to headcount rather than a mixed basket.
